Project Communication
Are there changes or projects that need communication? Projects and big changes often lead to resistance. For example projects that change the IT landscape of a company or big reorganizations. @EVA writes a strategic communication plan and executes it. Together we look at the different options, so a well funded communication strategy, stakeholder analyses and communication calendar are made, so these things are aligned and create order and balance in the company.

 

Communication plan and tools

After deciding the communication strategy, a short communication plan is made. On request the activities described in this communication plan can be implemented by @EVA too. The goal is that the aspired changes happen without resistance of employees. Communication tools like, online and online presentations, Town hall meetings, news letters, mails, Intranet sites and websites can be created and given by @EVA.
