@EVA gives trainings to optimize hospitality and client friendliness. By presenting theory and having workshops and roleplaying, client situations are discussed and personel is trained to treat clients like kings. Also needs of clients from different nationalities and ages are discussed.
Workshops and roleplaying games
On the basis of real life situations employees are trained to be as hospitable and client friendly as possible. The use of language and non verbal communication are discussed. Situations with difficult, angry and drunken guests will be reenacted. How personal should act in these challenging situations is being presented in detail.
